The rooms and facilities were perfect and the area around the front of the hotel was very pleasant. Very good value for money.

Great location with a few massage parlors and stores within walking distance. We had a car so we only walked to the massage parlors. Our children really enjoyed big pool and we ordered pizza through the Grab app and it was a wonderful trip.

Staff couldn’t do more than, attention to detail first class , nothing too much . Rooms big & very comfortable, and very quiet.

There were many extra touches, like ample space for luggage, good lighting and lots of hanging space. All staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to several places of interest. We were served in English. Breakfast was ample with a good variety of choices in a pleasant setting. We enjoyed the rooftop sitting areas on the 3rd and 4th floors.
