Actually is better than the photos. Great location, 2 min walk to the river. Great service.Tam the receptionist booked tours for us,she gave us bicycles and ahe was very sweet. Room had everything you would need.

Jennie & the Team here are wonderful & extremely helpful. We stayed in the duplex room which is a beautifully designed room, fantastic view and wonderfully comfortable. The whole hotel is clean, swimming pool is cute. Location is also fantastic. 20min walk or 5minute taxi to the Old Town & just a straight road 5min taxi to A Bang beach. On a suburban street that is so pretty and quiet. Ignore any comments about the Rooster/Cockerel next door. It really isn’t loud and you don’t notice it. Multiple breakfast options, with portions that are the right amount to get you going for the day and leaves space to go and explore all the other wonderful food in town. Thank you, Team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautifully designed stylish rooms with small pool. Very comfy beds. Lovely linen. Lots of greenery. Located 10 minute walk from centre in a rural feeling area overlooking green space away from the bustle that is Hoi An. The walk into town via the river is quiet and scenic. As said in other reviews Nien was extremely helpful and thoughtful organising massages and trips; train transfers, bikes and taking us to breakfast. There is spa equipment there and the massages / other therapies come to you. It is clearly really important to her that guests are comfortable and happy.

This must be the most perfect little spot in all of Hoi An. Lovely rooms, amazing home cooked breakfast (local dishes, changing every day), great location a bit away from the tourist filled areas in the old town. Sweet and welcoming host family doing everything to make us comfortable. We have travelled for three months so far, and this place stands out as probably our best choice for accommodation yet.

Santorin villa is a family-run business and the family is so nice! Mrs. My was very helpful with everything related to our stay. The host provides free bicycles (good bikes), and renting a motorbike or borrowing umbrellas is possible. The breakfast is good (chose it the day before) and comes with some adding they do not mention (fruits or tea). The rooms are new, and clean, with a big balcony overlooking the pool. We did not use the pool as it was raining during our stay. The location is great - within walking distance of the city. We stayed 5 days here and I would love to have an opportunity to stay here again. Finally, My's family had a charity organized one afternoon during our stay and it was nice to see that they try to give back to the community. Thank you for everything! :)
