Villas in Khao Sok

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to for this stay, because the staff went above and beyond and truly deserved the recognition. The property is stunning, in the middle of a huge palm tree farm with beautiful scenery. The restaurant serves huge portions for cheap prices. But it was the staff who truly made this stay so great. They constantly went out of their way, giving us free water and energy drinks every day, providing us with headlamps and water bags for excursions for free, and driving us into the center whenever we needed. The property is about 3km from the Main Street but don’t let that put you off. We got a scooter for 300 baht for 2 days to have a little freedom and be less of a burden to the staff, but they would drive us whenever we needed something more. They arranged all our transfers and trips for no fee and for cheaper than anything we found online, and even kept the restaurant open late so we could eat when we returned. Honestly, this place was a home away from home and I’ll highly recommend it to anyone visiting the National Park. The rooms had private swim up pools, great AC and oversized bathrooms and dressing rooms for storage and baggage.

Incredibly friendly staff; due to some misunderstanding with transfer to Khao Sok we were not dropped off at the hotel, but the staff was very helpful and arranged that the host would pick us up in the back of his pickup truck. Immediately the adventure began; we were taken to the hotel through the jungle/woods, which was part all of their property. Then, we got the keys to our villa, and a personal golf cart to drive around the property. The villa was very spacious, clean and had a great view of the jungle. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, so you can hear the sounds of the jungle all day and night, though not annoying or scary. The villa had a great bathroom with a big shower. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was very good. If it could not get any better, there were baby cats walking around the property, who loved to play with us and were very cute.

That was a very good place to stay in the middle of the nature with good food, very clean, very friendly staff and cats, Khaosok national park is close and it’s amazing too
