Central location, good room size, A/C worked perfectly, clean room with good water pressure...nice balcony to watch the life below. The lady owner didn't speak English well but nothing Google Translate can't resolve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On one day I found complementary pastries in my room which was a nice touch. There is a nice supermarket next door that has everything you may need. I was able to walk in the night to get some food. It is safer than it may look at night. Some guests have reported noise feom cars on the street...didn't really affect me as I always carry ear plugs. It is easier to wear them than silence the world. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The wifi, air conditioning, showers, large rooms, and continental breakfast are perfect and the location is within walking distance of many restaurants and local sites. They even have a small bar with a great selection and my favourite , São Tomé national beer. Highly recommended.

The property is 8 km from Museu beach, 250 meters from Agua Tanque Lake and 1 km from Vila Moura Mountain. We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice.
