Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Everything was perfect! The breakfast is excellent! Susanne (the owner) is always willing to serve you! When you visit Vienna, it's a must-stay apartment!

What stood out the most was how warm and genuinely attentive the host was, it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a hotel. The interior and overall vibe were just perfect stylish, cozy, and welcoming. And the breakfast… absolutely incredible! Fresh ingredients, homemade yogurt, and those unforgettable croissants, I’m still thinking about them. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Vienna, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!
