The person at the reception was nice, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bathroom clean. The beds were comfortable. A couple of good places to eat nearby. It was good to be able to park the car in the parking.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectation and it was awesome. Very central location, just 5 minutes to the main street. Parking was for free next to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, served all kinds of fresh food and always added more once it was finished. The spa was great as well, almost always we were there alone. Nice jacuzzi and 2 types of sauna. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was sooo helpful and always smiled. Really appreciate it. I would definitely come only to this hotel again.

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)
