Three-Star Hotels in Haputale

The location is great if you want to go to Lipton's seat - aprox. 30 min by tuk tuk. The breakfast was delicious - plate of fruits, you can choose eggs - scrambled/omelette, toasts with butter and jam, juice, tea and coffee. The staff is nice and helpful. You can pay accommodation by card. They organized taxi from Haputale to Negombo for 35000 rupies. Definitely recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olympus Plaza Hotel, mostly due to the excellent service provided by owner He provided flexibility, local knowledge and travel destinations. good care for tourists.

Very nice place to stay in Haputale. The view from the balcony in our room was astonishing and the owners were super friendly and helpful. It is roughly a 10-15 minutes walk to the very centre of Haputale, but we preferred this slightly less busy place higher up the road. The price was also very good, so definitely recommended (we stayed for 3 nights).

One of the highlights of our stay was the delectable food prepared by the talented kitchen staff. What sets Train View Chalet apart is that they make each dish fresh to order. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, and the portions were generous. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I needed packed lunches. And my medication stored in the fridge. They were always there to assist

From the moment of check in to check out, I had a wonderful stay at orient hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Special mention must be made to the GM Mr. Chandima who was always on the scene and attentive to our needs. We were also provided with a Trek to Ella Rock accompanied by hotel staff and a packed hotel lunch which was an incredible experience I would highly recommend. Overall was a great visit and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.

It is in a quiet and beautiful location with amazing views. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The food at the restaurant is tasty, and the pool is wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I loved being surrounded by nature. A perfect place to relax!

Amzing view - extra-ordinary clean. Can compege with 4 Star hotels. Special place for railway enthusiasts and trainspotting, as this is the only location where you can get pictures of the nine Arch Bridge without any tourists - early in the morning.

A very nice hotel in Ella. The rooms are large and clean. The manager is extremely friendly and courteous. He always asks if everything is okay and responds immediately to any requests. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide selection of local and international specialties. The hotel is in a great location. It is secluded, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, but the main street is only a few minutes' walk away. The view is spectacular. We would definitely come back again.
