This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

The staff are the most friendly and helpful staff I've had the privilege to be around. Kristina at reception is so resourceful, she once even had an umbrella on hand for me just as it started to rain. All the service staff where beyond helpful at the bar, restaurant and breakfast service The cleaners where always on time and left the room pristine Even the trainees are exceptional in paticular Grace who is made for the hospitality field and she works hard with a smile on her face. Customer service is a 10 out of 10

Lovely staff, special mention for Catherine.Great welcome on arrival with breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room, comfy bed and quiet at night leading to a good nights sleep every night.Bar restaurant area is very nice with a lovely breakfast and meals. I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!
