This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

Lovely staff, special mention for Catherine.Great welcome on arrival with breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room, comfy bed and quiet at night leading to a good nights sleep every night.Bar restaurant area is very nice with a lovely breakfast and meals. Attractive gardens and clean pool. Easy to walk to the beach and local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay we will definitely be back.

    Low budget hotel with good buffet. The hotel was good, great customer service, always willing to help, Sophie, one of the staff is amazing. Buffet is good for the price, stayed here for 2 nights. Directly in front of the beach, did snorkeling.
