Location was perfect, close to the train station for a late check in, room was spotless and so quiet, staff welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and beds were huge. Excellent value for money and breakfast was super and lots of choice and delicious fresh pastries.

The place is so well located, with excellent restaurants, supermarkets, farmacies, bus stops... within a block! It is the perfect base to know Bologna. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful and very kind. They have a self service laundromat on premise, or you can have your laundry done for you if you prefer... bar, restaurant, even a nook to read or play some chess. The rooms are very modern, very comfortable... if I had known in advance both the hotel and the city were so nice, I would have planned more time there. Great experience!!! Super good value for money!!!

The hotel is a little gem in the heart of Bologna, Very close to the train station (about 15-20 minutes on foot). Also close to the two towers and the shopping roads. Right next to bars and restaurants. The staff is very professional. Little things that make the difference (Our bathroom has two bulbs, one of witch was burned out... they changed it without us asking)!!!

This was the best hotel I stayed in for reasonable money during my 2 weeks vacation in Italy. First of all there was a free on-site parking even for electric cars what’s very convenient compare to many other hotels in Italy. The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable mattress. Everything inside feels newly renovated. Staff on reception was very friendly and helpful. Usually breakfast in Italian hotels in that price rang either unavailable or limited by a cup of coffee with croissant, cake or pizza. But not in this case. Breakfast in B&B was excellent! Scrambled eggs with sausages, salami and tomatoes, milk, variety of fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurts, juices and snacks. Coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino and more. Considering everything listed above and price for staying in B&B hotel I highly recommend everyone to come over there. I’ll definitely come back when I’m next time in Bologna!

The apartments are located in the building across the street from the hotel. The rooms have high ceilings, over three meters, but very warm in winter thanks to the large cast iron radiators that were permanently heated. It was quiet on the stairs, there was never any noise, I didn't see anyone through the window either, just overlapping roofs. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of the hotel and is varied, satisfying almost anyone: slices of ham and cheese, omelette, pies, various croissants, yogurts, clementines and bananas. Coffee machine with probably good coffee if you were judging by the people's faces, but I'm not a coffee drinker.
