Staff politeness and helpfulness, they were always there and greeted me with a smile and great English whenever I needed anything. Breakfast is nice (finally some vegetables!) although it doesn't change throughout the week and it's a pretty small variety, but has a little bit of everything (usual bread ham salami cheese paprika butter pancake nutella milk coffee tea ). Also, coffee and tea is available throughout your day and you can bring them into your room! As for the rooms, it depends quite a lot on which one you get. The ones facing the street - I hope you're not staying on Friday and Saturday cuz you won't get any sleep (they provide ear plugs in your room though). The ones facing the back of the hotel are the best, since they have windows and do not face the street. And then there's ones in the middle, that only have windows facing the breakfast area (lounge)?? Anyway, the rooms are very tidy, not too small (khm Cabinn) but not spacious either, I'd say just enough. Bathroom as well. Oh, also, 24 hour reception is really nice.

- This is an interesting property which is different from other modern hotels. No fancy things. Just basic ones. But well maintained and clean. - The staff is amazing and the breakfast is a good spread. - The coffee machine at the lobby (with even hot chocolate) was available 24x7; Free snacks in the evening was a nice initiative.
