Super convenient location situated above a metro station as well as a food court, Aldi supermarket and small mall. Lisa was an excellent host. Made everything really easy for us even meeting us at the metro station to show us to our room. She was very friendly, spoke with us in English and explained everything we needed to know making our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and came with a kitchen and washer/drier. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here twice on my trip, and for a solo traveller it was a lovely, safe place to stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly which is main reason why I stayed twice. Also , the rooms were very clean, comfortable, great beds, and quiet. For taxi from station, I had the exact address but taxi needed to call to get directions (as address was in english, make sure your address is in Chinese). THERE ARE MANY JL hotels in Shanghai so make sure you don't get dropped at the wrong one! It is 10 mins walk to Wunning Road metro station, so easy to get to all main attractions in the city from the hotel. To get from airport is easy, take Line 2, then one change to Wunning Road station... about 1 and a half - 2 hrs. Finally, there are a few gym items in/near lobby area and a coffee machine there - which had great coffee with creamer! Thank you to staff for a lovely stay;)
