Areas were very clean, housekeeping service was excellent, the stuff at the front desk was always available to assist us, facilities were as pictured, temperature was perfect inside the room and in the common areas, location is safe, central, and close to tram stop.

Excellent hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous and sitting eating outside was lovely. Breakfast was fine despite it being near train line this never bothered us and we had good nights sleep. Would return
