Wonderful stay, amazing host! Rightly or wrongly, we often associate the cities we visit with the lasting impression left by the people we meet there—consciously or not. For me, Berat left a perfect aftertaste thanks to the gentleman who owns and runs the hotel (forgive me, I can’t recall his name exactly—I think it was Mario, if I'm not mistaken). A truly wonderful person! When I visit the city again, I’ll definitely be staying at the same hotel. Delicious breakfast, everything was just perfect! Kindness makes the world better, always, and the host of this hotel had a lot of it. May god bless him & his family

The family that run Hotel Osumi are wonderful hosts, very kind, and helpful. The gentleman helped us organise a taxi to and from a local winery for a very reasonable price, totally trusted him that he wouldn’t rip us off. Location is perfect, just down the road from the local bus stop and the breakfast which is included was fantastic. We visited in April and the room was a perfect temperature and had a heater if needed and can imagine in the summer the rooms are cool as the walls are so thick (the heater also becomes an A/C when needed)

The hosts were so welcoming, even helping with our luggage and also gave us recommendations for places to visit . The room were really beautiful with the stone walls and the traditional wooden ceilings of Berat , and everything was just as in the pictures Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing it also included the traditional Petulla with cheese . My brother and his wife stayed in another room, and we all loved the cultural vibe. Perfect for couples—highly recommend!

Host was very nice. Met us at the apparent. Location was fantastic located right in the centre of town. Good WiFi, super cleann room and fantastic bathroom Do try Hanna pastry opposite as well, very nice cafe. I will stay here again in berat.
