I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

We had a wonderful stay at Eliana Signature Hotel. It was amazing value for money, and we were so happy when they upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The receptionists, Rosie and Jessica, were absolutely lovely. They were so friendly and kind, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. They gave us amazing recommendations and were always happy to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of great options. The location is also perfect — close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful. We’re so grateful for the experience and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Eliana Signature Hotel for making our trip so special!

This is a lovely property in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully furnished. But, I have to say that the best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality and service from Mr. Dinh Lee. From the moment we arrived until we left he always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond recommending the best food and sightseeing excursions. Mr Lee could easily oversee the best 5 star hotels in the world. He is the best at what he does and takes great pride in his job. I would also like to say a special thank you to Henry. He was also most cordial and helpful.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the main attractions. Even if it's in the centre you don't hear any noise at night so we slept well! The bed is so comfy too! The staff is kind and really nice. They gave us an upgrade for our room so that we could be more comfortable with our son. We got our sim card through the hotel. Breakfast and food is good. The terrace is lovely! The night we arrived there was live music so we enjoyed it a lot. They have been really helpful during our stay. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!
