Actually is 4 star hotel but I can give 5 star everything was perfect I didn’t find any minus thanks a lot for all staff . I trawel a lot I was staying in five stars 4 stars 2 stars hotels . The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!

Our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) loved the activities - they could stay in the kids club 10am -12pm and 2pm to 5pm every day and had a nice disco after dinner. We also enjoyed the dry sauna and hammam, a variety of pools, ice cream, arcade games, green territory, and the turtle bridge. We came as two groups of people - my family and my parents. The receptionist offered us rooms next to each other, which was great.

We really enjoyed the stay with my family. The hotel is nice and has all major amenities one can think of, food was great and diverse, service was good. A lot of people are complaining about the staff not speaking English and while indeed they are more comfortable with German, we didn't experience any issues with speaking only English. It is a great value for money.

The staff were undoubtedly the highlight; they were friendly, approachable, and displayed a high degree of professionalism. They truly excelled at making guests feel valued and well-cared for.
