Water and fruit nibbles offered at pool free to assist with hydration on very hot days was a lovely touch. Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Little things like our Towels being refreshed twice on our first day as we had arrived early and showered on arrival. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.
