The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, even when I made a mistake with the booking dates. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were excellent. We also loved the restaurant here - friendly staff, delicious food, and great view and atmosphere.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Lao, staff are always on hand to help at the reception. Well managed resort, where employees at the reception, pool or restaurant seem to know you by name. Not sure how they do this, because we don't carry badges or post our photo somewhere. Very spacious accommodation with view on river and romantic and comfortable sleeping in tent with airco. Cosy warm LED lighting at night. Quiet at nights with only sounds of animals and no music, bars or traffic. Facilities are clean and of good quality. Free access to sauna and free use of mountain bikes. Very good breakfast and dinner with high quality organic food in restaurant with view on the river and very friendly and welcoming staff. Free shuttle to the center of Luang Prabang. We discovered this place by coincidence on a bike tour while staying at an other hotel and extended our stay in Luang Prabang to stay here. In hindsight, we would have preferred to stay here more nights if we had discovered it earlier.

The location of the resort is unique, an oasis of nature still near the city centre and the river. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!!! They arranged a private boat tour and a trip to the Kuangsi waterfall for us. The laundry service is perfect and affordable. Having breakfast in the tropical garden was a good start of the day. Our stay in Luang Prabang was a highlight during our trip thanks to hotel le Parasol Blanc and its staff. Many thanks!!!

But best of all, take the sunset dinner cruise with Avani boats, fantastic experience !!!

I highly recommend it and will def come back The location is paradise, 360 degress nature and only 30 mins away from town. The pool area itself deserves 10 points, i never expected a steam bath in SE asia, it was perfect. The staff has been great, always ready to help and have a little chat. Breakfast and food options were plenty, fresh and delicious. Room was simple but great comfort which i only used to sleep as there plenty of chilling and social areas around the property. Never needed the airconditioning, and the room was quiet except one day i had VERY noisy neighbours which is not the lodge fault.

Breakfast was great especially their coffee and croissants. Location is walking distance to the historic district, royal palace, night market, Mekong River and Phousi hill.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Although the property is located away from the centre the hotel offers pick up and drop off to the centre and night market.
