I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

Speaking Mandarin, English, Spanish and Indonesian at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

Guests at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will be able to enjoy activities in and around Niseko, like skiing. Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

At Niseko Resort Inn Hotel, guests can reserve a private bath to unwind in, relax in a massage chair or use the laundry facilities for free. A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. Breakfast was good, they cook eggs to order, toaster is (they know and it was funny) slow. Transport can be an issue but they do their very best to accommodate reasonable requests. They do not really shout about it but their amazingly good value dinners 2-3 times a week and is thoroughly recommended. private chef, superb.
