Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. Our room was an upgrade, except we could not get an upgraded room with one big bed. We had to take two twin beds. My wife and I have not slept separately in years, hahaha. But the hotel is incredibly cozy, a great old school vibe, and the room had an unbelievable view of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this hotel.

This 5-star villa provides a spa experience, with its sauna and spa facilities. The accommodation features a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.

Drinks vending machines and luggage storage services are also available on site. The place is amazing and the views are even better. The host is a kind and amazing person that help us a lot with a smile. The facilities of the house are stunning, it has a jacuzzi, sauna and spring waters to use. You can enjoy the jacuzzi with a view of Mount Fuji ! The breakfast is really good and home made. 10/10!

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot spring bath, and hot tub, as well as massage services. host very nice and helpful，The room is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The hot spring in the room is amazing.

Featuring a spa and wellness centre, this 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel offers a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. We were lucky to get rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji. Rooms were clean, but a bit small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was okay.

We had 1 night with lake view and 1 night with fuji View, both were amazingly stunning! The hotel has a small garden that was beautiful They also offer snacks and drinks in the lobby which was very nice I strongly recommend taking the breakfast/dinner because it was great
