Hotel is safe, very well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very helpful is guiding me with my planning, in regards to how I should route my interests. There is a 7/11 across the street. A very nice ice cream place right next door and loads of dining options around the hotel as well as loads of options within the station. The rooms are well equipped. Separate shower, bath tub, toilet and sink. The size of the room is pretty good by Japan standards. There is a small couch in there, as well as a desk and chair. They have an onsen as well and a gym. Plus laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, amenities and all.

The hotel itself is just stunning with the bamboo in the center and the interior design. Felt so relaxing and comforting. All of the room amenities were great! Must give a huge thank you to the restaurant staff - room service, bar service and breakfast service were INCREDIBLE! We couldn’t have had a better stay. I wish I was still there!
