It was fantastic to have the option to walk right down to the water and experience the extreme saltiness of the Dead Sea, wash up and go back to the hotel. I had suffered an ankle injury the day prior to arriving and the staff were very accommodating and provided me with help whenever I needed. The rooms were comfortable and the resort was great!

Beside dermatological and rheumatologic treatments, the center also offers body massages, mud packs, ultrasound therapy, galvanic therapy, microwave therapy, cryotherapy and hydrotherapy. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel, and I must say, it surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, all the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Each employee I encountered was helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, conveniently situated to enjoy the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore the area. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment to return to after a day of sightseeing. The combination of a charming atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and a top-notch team of staff makes this hotel a standout choice. Newly renovated, spacious guest rooms boast modern comforts such as flat-screen TVs, elegantly appointed marble bathrooms, walk-in showers, ergonomic workspaces, and private balconies that showcase the magnificent views of the Dead Sea's otherworldly landscapes. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Almasria was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. One of the best employees at this hotel.

The state-of-the-art fitness centre has personal trainers available on request, and yoga and meditation classes are on offer. Some of our suites are overlooking the waterfall and our thermal pool, All feature a 32” flat-screen TV , hairdryer, Working Desk; Safety Deposit Box; minibar. phenomenal that’s the only word for it I highly recommend going here not only is it beautiful the staff couldn’t do enough for me I’m gluten and dairy free and the chef made me my own pancakes in the morning without me even asking 🖤
