The hosts were AMAZING. They wrote back quick when I contacted them. Picked us up when we got there. Gave us a lot of info with buses and food near by. Once we learned the bus schedule it was great.

He, his family and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. On more than one occasion someone came in to prepare dinner for me even though no one else was staying at the time. Edoardo arranged one of my day trips for me and on a few occasions drove me to and from the town to spare me the steep walk to the property. It's a great location away from crowds of tourists with easy access to Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri and the Amalfi coast. The views from the property are simply stunning, the sunsets spectacular, and the homemade limoncello was divine!

The staff were exceptional! There was nothing that wasn't a challenge and they were easy to communicate with via whatsapp prior to our arrival. The wellness spa with sauna and a swim is allocated for one hour (per room) and was a wonderful experience. The room and view is incredible, for us it was well worth the value/price. The plunge pool is ambient temperature however in May we found that the evening sun heated it perfectly. The sun set and it was comfortable even at 10pm. Breakfast is a must to eat on the deck!

Ara Maris Hotel & Spa has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Sorrento. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property is 600 metres from Peter's Beach, and within 200 metres of the city centre. The hotel was very new. Room was clean and a comfortable size. The free spa (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi) was excellent, very clean and quiet. The hotel was well located in Sorrento. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

In the garden you will find pretty flowers and olive trees. There is table tennis and a crazy golf course. You can work out at the gym and relax in the sauna. The staff was extraordinary, accommodating all wishes including a spontaneous tour along Amalfi coast. Fantastic room with space, great pool and gardens, only a short walk away from city center. We felt very well taken care of at all times!

George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.
