Très belles prestations dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. L’architecture du complexe est prévu pour laisser beaucoup d’espace à la nature. Des vélos sont disponibles pour s’y déplacer et tout le site est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et serviable. Tout le staff est hyper professionnel sans exception. Les 2 piscines sont idylliques. Le petit dej est varié, bon et beau! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Mutiara is one of those places you just keep coming back to- it’s a gem of kindness and beauty in the midst of raw nature! The staff is incredibly kind, food is full of flavor and color, huts are clean and cozy, massage is the best I ever had, and yoga directly in front of the sea was unforgettable!

Situé à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Tanjung Pinang, le Trikora Beach Club propose des hébergements respectueux de l'environnement en bord de mer. I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

CLEAN ROOM - I went there for my honeymoon. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. All the amenities provided were sufficient and in excellent condition. I could not find any flaws in your facilities. The size of the seaview villa was spacious! The lawn was huge and the bathroom was the star of the show. The open-sky concept of the bath tub was indeed special one. You could dip in your warm bath literally under the cool night stars. GREAT ENVIRONMENT - The ambient was quiet and perfect for couple getaway. Don't worry, you would have the entire villa to yourself, so you won't be distracted by other guests. The staff there were super friendly and helpful in fulfilling your requests. The view was 100/100! ACTIVITES - There were many complimentary activities for the guests. You can swim in the pool, play games or kayaking in the beautiful sea. We even booked a snorkeling trip to a nearby kelong through the hotel. Don't worry, the transportation to and fro would be handled by them! DINNER - We went to a nearby kelong for our dinner, the Kelong Elly. But you can have your dinner at the cafe in Sadi, the food looked good too! BREAKFAST - The selection for breakfast was vast. You have ample of choices of food to choose from. From local dishes to western English breakfast. You will be provided with complimentary English breakfast and single ala-carte meal to choose from. Just look at the photo and decide for yourself. The foods were out of this world!

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property had splendid views, the most hospitable staff and amazing facilities. It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.

Il comprend une piscine extérieure, une salle de sport et un jardin.... We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
