The attention to detail and the exceptional service we received made our stay truly unforgettable. Special shout out to Alex and Anson, whose hospitality and kindness exceeded all our expectations. Their thoughtful gestures (we only ask where the nearest store to buy a sim card, instead they provide us with two!) and personalized welcome (a nice bottle of wine) made us feel incredibly special. The surprise gift they arranged for us was a delightful touch, adding an extra layer of luxury and comfort to our stay. The hotel itself is a haven of elegance and modernity, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every aspect of the hotel radiated sophistication and style. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delectable options that catered to every palate. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction!

Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Stunning In all aspects… big thumbs up to the club lounge team especially our concierge Corinne ! Also great to meet with Adam at the Ozone… with delicious tailor made cocktails. Everything was flawless… we got treated like kings and this experience will stay in my memories forever…
