From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

Every room has a kitchenette, flat screen 32' TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and hairdryer. Bathrooms are private and fitted with showers and hydro massage panels. Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are big, nice and clean. Breakfast was ok.

Amazing experience My stay at Amira hotel was absolutly great. The hotel is brand new, meaning all the facilities are in a perfect shape. It is even better than the photos. Best of all is the staff, very kind, helpful, smiling,  dedicated to your needs and to make your stay the best possible. I had the good surprise to be upgraded (without asking maybe due to low season?) to a room with sea front view, which was absolutly great. The room is decorated with taste, cleanned every day, with good bedding. The swimming pool area is really nice, and the access to the beach is easy. There is also an inside heated pool, very nice. The beach is clean, has a beautiful view on the mountains on the west, the water is really clean and safe. You can see a beautiful sunset every day. The main restaurant included in the half board is good from my experience of such hotels: tasty, varied and fresh. I strongly recommand the "gourmet" restaurant, the Kritamo: excellent food and large portions with a top class service. The spa is beautiful, good massages, great staff. You can also enjoy sauna and hammam for free, just need to make a booking. It has been a long time I didn't enjoy such a good stay and such a high value for price, thank you very much to all the Amira Team.

Great apartment, very confortable, has inside everything you can ask for. Great balcony, very nice pool. Also the position is great.

Massages can be arranged at the spa centre of the neighbouring property, which also features a sauna. A private beach area and a table tennis are equally found in the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did beyond their duty since the moment we stepped into the hotel. The room was cleaned well every day. The food is great. Definitely, we will come back when we are back in Crete.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Easy to get to all the nice restaurants and ocean. Was super clean and friendly manager. Was like a dream!

The room was very comfortable as was the whole hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was very authentic staying in the renovated accomodation which had maintained it's original character. Plenty of good eating options.
