From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

With a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, spa centre and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

Not enough words to describe how great it is.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. As we had the corner room, it was a little bigger than the others with plenty of room to stretch. It was peaceful and quiet, not a single noisy toddler in sight, which was the whole point of our trip. We enjoyed the room/pool and the beach so much that we didn't even have time for the spa - so something to look forward to next time. Definitely worth spending the extra dollar, especially when comparing with the ambience of the colossal resorts nearby. The restaurants/tavernas in the village are also lovely.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay , Apartments are just great, location in calm and beautiful area, stuff was super friendly and helpful.

There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The staff was extremely welcoming and pleasant, The quality of the food was great, very diverse. Everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel itself is very cute, with lots of typical mediterranian greenery. Very clean, great for families and couples.
