This has been our 7th time in Crete but the first time in Rethymno and in this Hotel. Nautilux has been a really pleasant surprise: the team is always helpfull and nice, the sea is magic and the private beach really well manteined, the 2 pools are amazing and if you choose a room on the main floor you will have direct access to a private warm water minipool. The Spa and its hot pool is well managed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even at the end of the season. You can reach the nice Rethymno Ancien center walking 20 minutes on the "lungomare". We will come back. Thanks to the team for the nice stay .

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Staying was really amazing. Stuff was very lovely, helpful and professional. Hotel smells soo nicely. Room was very clean, has Netflix and YouTube subscriptions and fast room service via tablet. Definitely recommended and we will also come back for sure.

I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Guests can make use of a garden. I really have to say, I'm travaling a lot (4-6 times per year to the different Countrys-Places) and in the most of the time, the hotels doesn't look or fullfil the expectations. Always its something, which gives you the feeling, that the description or pictures are not 100% right or matching with the real situation. That's why I said, now I will write a review, because they really deserved that at all! From the reception employees till to the cleaning ladies! When we arrived, we stood in the front of the new building. We get a friendly welcome, nice room and walked to the beach. I walked around and checked the pool areas and dine opportunities. I really was surprised that everything looked same like pictures and descrition. I like that is a hotel size between Boutique Hotel and grand Resort. If you are looking for a Hotel with good chill opportunities and good food, thats your place. We loved the food (try the Gyros Chicken and Mussels which are cooked in Uzo), furnishing style, pool and beach area, employees (Eleni by the Pool area, very friendly women) and the vibes of all of them😀 You are really close to Heraklion City, 10min by taxi around 15Euro per way and 20min to the airport around 30Euro per way. Spa Massage first 10min are for free, we booked 30min more (40min) was also really good. The a la Carte restaurant was a dream of location and ambience, also food with ***** level. We were there for 3 nights and I wished we can stay longer, so that means....For sure I will come back again! 🥰

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Everything was amazing! From the rooftop breakfast to the friendly staff, from the beautiful views to the spotlessly clean interior. It was fantastic and we'd like to come again!

Wellness options include water aerobics sessions, a football pitch and beach volleyball facilities. Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. Everything about the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect for families!

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. Always a sun bed by the pool. Extremely well maintained grounds and buildings. Lovely ‘village’ feel. Good entertainment program and activities or chill spaces/pools.
