The restaurant overlooks the River Clyde and offers traditional Scottish dishes from a cooked breakfast to afternoon tea. The rooms had amazingly high ceilings, and the sound of the river running when the windows were opened was very peaceful to sleep to.

That was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. We arrived super early at Glasgow, but one of the receptionist arranged a room for us, which was super early comparing to the check in time, but he was so kind to check that for us, which never happened before in 10 years as a traveller. The bedroom was so comfortable and clean, the bath in the bedroom was lovely and I can’t even describe how lovely was the spa facilities! 10/10

The rooftop infinity pool has spectacular views over Loch Lomond. There is the 18-hole championship golf course and the exclusive spa at The Carrick features 17 treatment rooms. All of the staff we met were amazingly helpful and friendly to chat with. The hotel is beautifully located with great views across Loch Lomond and nice walks around the property. The restaurant and bar were very nice - excellent food and service. Very good gym.
