This trip was a birthday gift for my boyfriend, so I asked for a room with a nice view and the reservation department made it true. A very nice view to the pool and side seaview. Also a queen size bed, and a very nice and clean room. Housekeeping does the best job, a whole hotel is very clean, well done! Breakfast and dinner were also really tasty. We also got a complimentary sparkling wine on his bday. It was a nice and relaxing trip and thank you for a pleasant experience!

Great spa pool, very clean, heated, including various types of soothing water jets and with different types of fun/alternating warm-cold showers in the same area. Main outside pool crystal clean, with children play area and mini pool just beside the big pool. All personnel very friendly and helpful. I only have positive words about the whole experience. As an advice to the tourists (the following might sound obvious but it does happen): don't forget your things in the safe! I did and had to taxi fast, right from the check in desk at the airport, to retrieve them. Thankfully with a phone call on the way to the hotel, they were able to quickly help me with this situation so it only took 1 minute to recuperate my stuff and get back to the airport in time (by the way: taxi drivers are really helpful too). Thank you!

The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. We loved having all of our meals outside in lovely surroundings and view. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very nice to our baby grandson. We really enjoyed the spa pool with the baby.
