The staffs well training very patient good services and the room spaces nice view the bath room they used to L'Occitane products the mattress was so firmly and comfortable highly recommended

Huge room, very comfortable, very well equipped, with a stunning view on Shanghai. Really amazing.

Each room is equipped with luxury branded mattresses, 55-inch flat screen TVs, goose down and feather quilt, coffee machines, branded stereo.

Hotel also has a fitness center, a SPA center, an indoor swimming pool, a spa massage pool and sauna rooms. Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

The property features an indoor swimming pool which makes a refreshing haven. The Iridium Spa and Athletic Club offer indulgent treatments, a sauna, and yoga and fitness classes. Spacious rooms with very attentive staff who would go above and beyond for their guests. Serena was super thoughtful and made extra arrangements without us even asking much! The personal butler service provided definitely makes St Regis stand out from the competitors

The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. I was really luxury hotel. Design and location was amazing!

The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

Ranging from 45 square metres to 288 square metres, all these 192 luxurious rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Certain units include a seating area to relax after a busy day. The sophisticated design seamlessly integrates with breathtaking views of The Bund, Huangpu River, Pudong skyline and Yu Garden. Absolutely lovely hotel. Big comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, gym and swimming pool. It was all perfect.
