The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

I truly appreciate every minute I spent it in the apartment. It’s fully equipped and the location is amazing. It’s truly an exceptional experience and I will definitely come back again enshallah.

Situé au cœur de Interlaken, l’hébergement Dependance First possède une baignoire spa. Cet appartement propose un balcon. Excellent place! Loved everything about it. It had all facilities and things you could imagine. Very modern as well! Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is also ideal and very close to the Interlaken city (even walking distance). I realized that all Air BnB hosts share a list of instructions on how to keep the house clean and use facilities properly. This is their right but there is always a way to portray this information. The hosts shared the same set of instructions like the other air bnbs I stayed but the way they did it didn’t feel at all that they were instructing or ordering or even threatening! It definitely made the difference

Great communications with the host, the apartment is simply stunning! The facilities are amazing, pool and games in the basement, along with the gym, and the wellness room (which we didn't use due to time constraints).

Location and view of the river. Interlaken train station roughly 5 min walk or less from hotel. Quiet walking path following the river accessible from rear of hotel. Auto parking convenient at rear of hotel. Numerous restaurants, pharmacies, bars and shops are all within a few minutes walk. Lack of A/C is not worth a negative comment and is even common in the area, but it is worth noting / expecting if you are travelling mid-summer.
