Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. I liked everything in terms of location and the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms. Lina and the young man were also very sophisticated and cooperative. I loved the apartment, its cleanliness and the equipment. Everything was wonderful.

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Fantastic hotel, fantastic personal and environment!

Breakfast is served here. Only one night so I cannot say a lot. Everything was good. Like it should be. Friendly staff, clean, big (really) room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. The apt itself is top notch. Spacious, modern, clean, functional, equipped. Nice views of the mountains.
