The big was big and comfortable. The bathtub adds a note of luxury and leisure. The breakfast was good, quite diverse, combining Asian foods with the western ones. The pools looked very good, but it was too cold too swim. We just relaxed outside. he location was quite calm and relaxed. The location is close to the Old Town. Mrs Lan at the spa was outstanding. I had a little fever during one of my massage, she looked after me and she was very caring. I kept on going back. I did 3 spa days out of my 4 nights at La Charm. The staff was so professional, and the massage was on point. I feel rejuvenated and so relaxed. Mrs Nga at reception looked after us well.
