Interestingly, the pool area maintains a warmer microclimate than the beach, making it an ideal retreat on breezy days. Accommodations don't disappoint, with spacious, well-designed rooms. The evening tea service delivered directly to your room adds a particularly charming touch that exemplifies the resort's attention to detail. The beach is a highlight - long and beautiful, offering unique opportunities for walks that can take you all the way to the airport fence for departures plane spotting. Speaking of the airport, despite being only 6 minutes away by car, its small ATR aircraft operations never disturb the resort's tranquility. While the food quality is good, the menu could benefit from featuring more local Vietnamese cuisine alongside its Western offerings. This would better cater to adventurous travelers eager to explore regional flavors. What truly sets Poulo Condor apart is how every element - from the decor to the service - reflects genuine care and thoughtfulness rather than corporate standardization.

I booked this resort my parent’s wedding anniversary. They had an incredible stay and the staff was really nice ans carring. I would recommend a 100% !!

The hotel is wonderful! The service is at the highest level. Staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Very tasty food in the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, cleaned 2 times a day.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated near the center of town. It only took us a 10-minute bike ride to reach the heart of the city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located next to a small temple called Mieu Than Tai, where people would go to make wishes for good fortune and health. This proximity made it easy for us to visit the temple during our stay. Please note that there are two routes to reach the town, and we personally preferred the path through Vo Thi Sau street. This particular route had the advantage of having lights at night, which made it a safer and more convenient option compared to the alternative route. The room was nicely decorated, featuring a charming Indochina style. One aspect we appreciated was the commitment to environmental sustainability that we noticed throughout Con Dao. The hotel, in line with this ethos, made efforts to minimize plastic usage. Instead of providing water bottles, they offered complimentary water stations on each floor, allowing us to access water whenever needed, right in front of our room. This eco-friendly initiative was a delightful touch. The hotel also offered bike rental services at a reasonable price of 150k per day, which we took advantage of. Additionally, if we required laundry service, they provided it at a cost of 15k per piece of clothing. For those in need of transportation to the airport, the hotel was happy to arrange taxi services. They were also connected to an island tour operator, should guests be interested in exploring more of the area. Overall, the hotel's location, the appealing room decor, their commitment to reducing plastic waste, and the additional services such as bike rentals and laundry service made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Location was easy walking to everywhere

Walking distance everywhere, market almost at your doorstep, room clean and quiet, Mrs Moon was extra helpful, caring and very friendly

The breakfast could maybe a bit more western orientated. For example, there could possibly be western coffee and tea. Also unless you went down early for breakfast, the coffee was cold each day by 8.30am

The staff were very helpful when my mobile phone was stolen. The security guard who was on duty helped us to go to the police and explain what happened. Miss Nhung and Miss Ngoc Ha were amazing. The hotel's position on the beach is fantastic.
