Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

I have stayed in the original Waldorf in NYC many years ago and I am so glad to have had another amazing experience at a Waldorf. The design of the hotel is amazing! There is breakfast at the River North Bistro (not expensive). The room view is a must! They keep the hotel very clean all the time, and they are very welcoming! The gyn is well-equipped. The shower was strong pressured (i loved it). I would recommend to every one, great experience.
