This is a very special hotel - you can clearly see the cave design incorporated into the hotel. The room was very comfortable and they had the most beautiful Turkish lamps. The staff were very friendly and really helped us with planning a great trip and best of all you have a great view of the balloons from the terrace. They also gave us a lovely Turkish breakfast every morning - great Turkish hospitality!

The room was absolutely tranquil, clean and beautiful. Had a terrace next to it where you can sit and enjoy the weather with a view of the valley in front of you. Super nice ambience. A bonus was being able to stargaze at night in the terrace. phenomenal experience. The staff were beyond polite and helpful and were a main reason for our good stay. They make you feel like family and there is nothing that they will not assist you with. always available and always helping. Special thanks to Berke and Ozgur for helping make our stay this good.

Beautiful big cave rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice pool (but too warm water inside so was not refreshing) but still happy with the Hotel choise. Big parking area behind the Hotel. Thank you friendly staff for all tips around and informations, specially to “Tuna” for quick help in the morning when we needed a quick transfer from Hotel to our car to catch a flight. Big thank you amazing people there :)

I lost my camera battery in this hotel, and the hotel kept my battery until my friend came to Goreme, and brought it to China, that’s been 3 months since my battery was lost to my friend coming.
