The staff was exeptional, we attended their complemetary mixology class with Joe and Yeo and they were so friendly and nice at our every encounter with them. The hotel has complementary yoga classes 3 days a week, which we tried - very nice, even if I'm not a yogi. We also attended their complemetary thai cooking class where we got to make the spicy papaya salad and fried rice - super yummy and fun. The hotel resturant was great, they had excellent pizza which they cooked in their wood fire pizza oven. The hotel also provided complementary UV body paint for the Full Moon party, wich was so fun. We got amazing massages from Nee at the hotel - super pampering. The hotel pool was also vrry nice to cool down in when the sea got to be too hot, where you also could sit at the bar if you wanted.

I am not sure from where to begin. From the moment that you step foot onto the property, be prepared to be treated like royalty. A warm welcome, complimentary drinks and a lot of smiles. Andy at the front desk as well as the rest of the team from the reception, restaurant and other departments were always there to serve you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. We had initially booked the Beachfront Pool Suite, but since it was our honeymoon, they were kind enough to place us at their most beachfront villa that was literally on the beach! As far as the villas are concerned, all I have to say is wow! They decorated the room for us for the occasion, the villa was huge with a shower, bathtub, huge bed and all the amenities you need. On the veranda you have your sun lounges and your private pool. Needless to say, the view is breathtaking and we have witnessed the best sunset ever! You literally have a private beach for yourself so to speak because from our villa it was right below our deck. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was also really nice, make sure to try the tuna steak (if memory serves me right) which is delicious. There was also fire show which added to the whole experience. The resort as a whole is a pleasure to be in, with all the beautiful scenery and the butterflies roaming around. Walking through it feels like walking in paradise. We will definitely visit again because it was truly an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!

Clean and spacious room! We liked the vicinity to the beach as it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. When we stayed at the here, the swimming pool was being renovated but the vicinity to the beach made it worth while. There's also restaurant in the property which serves one of the best food we tried on the island. Very humble staff and always there to help! There's also a 7 Eleven nearby!

    Hotel is very modern and stylish, especially reception looks fabulous. Rooftop pool and bar has fantastic views! Bathroom is spacious, with all needed necessities and clean. Breakfast was very delicious with wide range of choices for everyone’s taste. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel offers complementary pick-up and transfer from the main pier. In general it was a fantastic stay for a great price! Would recommend it for someone definitely! 🙌🏻

    This place is a must-do in Phangan! The staff was friendly and helpful in every way & good housekeeping! The double room is spacious, clean & super comfortable. The class offers are exceptionally high quality!! Pool, Sauna is really in good condition and relaxing. The decoration and location is just amazing! A bit pricey but it’s worth every Bath for what you get in return!
