Our stay was amazing! Hotel location is great -there is still beach even if there is a high tide. Shops and restaurants start 1 minute walking. Hotel staff was always nice and helpful! They provide continental and asian breakfast. We enjoyed also hotel restaurant and afternoon coctail 1+1 promotion. There is a daily room cleaning, beach towels+room towels change.

the hotel is just marvelous. hands down one of the top 3 ive stayed at. The grounds are out of this world, so beautiful and well kept. what a an amazing experience. i was planning my next trip while still there, cannot wait to go back. In Samui, I have visited several times, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best choices for accommodation. The hotel is maintained at a high level in terms of hotel service and gastronomy. Room service is very professional, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The hotel complex is so extensive and well thought out that families with children can find entertainment and diversion here. Those who seek a peaceful oasis for relaxation can also find it without disturbance. The breakfasts are so rich that even during a longer stay, I could eat diversely and healthily. The breakfast staff made each morning much brighter for me. They were all so professional, helpful, and attentive that I would like to express my sincere thanks to them once again. I wish the hotel management and its employees many satisfied clients who, like me, will be happy to return.

The property is right on the beach with private beds for guests. Also worth noting we found our area of beach to be very clean compared to other parts of Chaweng beach (largely because of the fantastic team that clean up the beach in the morning) but also the water and waves are great. It is just off the main Chaweng street so very close to bars and restaurants. We are a couple and don’t usually go clubbing - and there’s lots of that available in the area, but despite being so close baan Chaweng still felt very peaceful and relaxing. I was jet lagged so would go to the beach early and watch the sunrise - it was truly lovely, the scenery is just beautiful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Most important the staff were fantastic. The front desk staff were always helpful when arranging transportation and the beach and restaurant staff were amazing. Beam, Ben and the team including the beach team are so lovely, helpful and brightened our days.

We stayed at the Thai Village section. The area was absolutely stunning, with a pool right in front of our room/hut. The lush greenery all around, with a tree right in front of our balcony, which cast shade and gave us more privacy. Even though it was minutes away from the busy Chaweng nightlife, the area was very quiet at night, and the insulation is great (especially compared to many other hotels all around Thailand). The bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and allowed for later checkout with no extra cost. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with so many different cuisines (Western, egg station, Indian, Thai) we were spoilt for choice. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for a wonderful stay!
