We came for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and another couple and it was just perfection. Sweden doesn't have the best weather so there is a lot to do when it's raining (it rained 75% of tour trip). There is something for everyone - it's perfect for a friends trip, couples weekend, families and dogs!

The staff was very nice and helpful! In terms of the facilities: the beds are comfortable, the spa is great (with a beautiful view on the city), and the bar area is perfect for a drink with friends. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The location is perfect: in the city center, walking distance from the Old Town, and lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

I've stayed at the Reisen twice - once with my boyfriend for my birthday and another time, I booked the hotel for my parents when they visited Stockholm. Both times were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The best part of the stay is using the sauna and swimming pool! The fuzzy slippers and bathrobes in the room are a nice touch, too. The Reisen's location by the water in Gamla Stan is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. You can also walk across the street and take a boat ride to other areas of Stockholm.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and facilitated our request for a bath in our room with a nice upgrade. Breakfast was delicious. And the view from the large windows looking at the Dock is very nice. All.the staff are really welcoming and nothing seemed too big to request. There customer service really made our stay here even more special.
