From pre arranging massages and an airport taxi everything was great. Excellent communication. The road outside the hotel was shut as we arrived and they immediately dispatched two helpful guys to help us up the street with our luggage. Massages were fantastic. Rooms very clean. They kept our luggage whilst we went to Machu Picchu. Breakfast is splendid - perfectly cooked omelette to order amongst lots of other delights.
