This hotel is really really good at their services,not too much just the perfect way:like old friends warmly and friendly~also it’s not the big fancy hotel ,the manager Kandel is really good at managing,the staff are doing really good at the details!if you are lucky,you will have a snow-capped Mountain View when you had breakfast! Hotel Chino is a very comfortable, central stay in Pokhara. The hotel is probably on the best street in town, very close to everything. Every room has a balcony where you can admire the beautiful Phewa Lake and the rooms are spacious. The property offers breakfast each morning and also has a nice lunch and dinner menu — I was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food, and it is great value. They can also arrange tours around Pokhara.

A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).

We’ve enjoyed the Tourist Residency Pokhara twice while visiting Pokhara in the last two years. The resort is carefully maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing, relaxing stay in Pokhara! The place is a beautiful little oasis away from the streets of Pokhara. We came to relax after our 3 weeks of hiking - we had a beautiful breakfast each morning and a massage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t be more accommodating. Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, calming time in Pokhara.

Beautiful oasis at the Phewa lake . Superfriendly staff , specious rooms , beautiful flowers , sound of exotic birds . Terrace with a view over the lake . Rich breakfast and we had also a great dinner buffet. The spa has also very good offers, we really enjoyed our massages . Easy walk on the lake side with many shops , restaurants etc. Last , it is a great experience, to reach this place by rope !

This must certainly be the best hotel resort in Nepal! Mr Dorje built a stunning resort with amazing rooms, wonderful landscaping and gardends, top notch spa facilities and an excellent staff. I’m travelling a lot and also stay in luxury resorts and this is on par with European/Asian or US top resorts! Everything is brand new and super clean. I highly recommend this place to treat yourself before or after your trek, or just to relax. It is definitely worth the price! Thank you for your great hospitality!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have assisted us with any activity and transport we needed. The SPA treatment at the property was amazing. I did a massage and facial. The breakfast was really good and the other food on their menu to order just as tasteful! The view from our room was absolutely spectacular!

This is a superb property to stay at after a long trek as it is away from the bustle of Pokhara but still easy walking distance to the main streets for shopping and restaurants. It was a beautiful spot to re-charge the batteries and have the luxury of a massage, facial and sauna. Breakfast and other restaurant meals were excellent. Staff were amazing! Thank you so much.

They have a nice garden, nice bar and deliciouse food (breakfast included means that you can chose from the menue whatever you want!) they are very helpful (they hold my stuff during my trekking for free) The internal spa Is really beautiful and clean, and also massage are for affordable price and really relaxing. Highly recommended!!
