The view from the room is really so unique and refresh everyday , the breakfast is so delicious , perfect breakfast, we could use the kitchen of the hôtel to cook our food , so nice and healthy environnement. Mr Chaminda (owner of the hôtel) he is à great man and always available for everything , he is the most strong point of this hôtel, we will come back again, is highly recommanded and high quality of price , we liked everything.

Everything was outstanding. Our corner room had fabulous views, it was comfortable (especially appreciated the portable fan) the breakfast was excellent (wished they would serve dinner too) and the staff was attentive and helpful. The walk down the railroad tracks to town was part of the adventure. We loved everything!

We loved Arawe and would have loved to stay longer. It’s a beautiful place with such a unique style that’s honest to the environment. It’s fabulous to support such a sustainable and community focused business. Very kind and warm welcome from all of the staff. Always there to help. The kids loved the animals. We also participated in a morning yoga session which was just me and my 7 year old daughter. The yoga teacher adapted the session wonderfully to suit us both. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka, so much so we asked to come back for breakfast again even though we couldn’t stay a second night.

Comfortable beds with real, thick blankets to warm you up during cold nights. And I pretty much enjoyed the hot showers too. Breakfast with beautiful views. The owner was so kind and friendly. They helped us with everything. Place is nearby hike to Ella Rock so you can just start at this guesthouse. Little bit off the Ella village so tuktuk or bike is inevitable.

The rooms were clean and great, the host is really nice. He provides a tuktuk for a better price than Pickme. He made us tea when requested and also helped us plan our days in Ella and recommended restaurants. He is always there if you need help and guidance, or just somebody to talk to and pass the time with.

The location is an absolute blast. Just 30 mins hike "door to door" to Little Adams Peak and around 15 mins walking distance to Nine arch bridge. The place is about 10 minutes ride from Ella city center in the midst of tea plantations. If you prefer calm and serenity over city buzz (that is why you go to Ella in the first place) - this is a perfect location. There were big beautiful birds knocking on the windows of our bedroom. The owner showed us pictures of wild deers and boars coming by hotel doors from time to time. Our host Randika took a good care of us preparing hot breakfast and coffee the two mornings at 5 a.m.

Our hosts were so sweet and the accommodation was great! They helped us with an early breakfast before our train and with a lift to the station. The bed was comfy and the views were outstanding. Would love to return.

Really friendly hosts, who gave us tea and snacks on arrival. Beautiful view from the lookout hut. The beds had nice thick blankets as a warm option which we really appreciated! Very clean and great value also outnof the way of loud places in Ella so not noisy at night!

The room is very clean and new. There is adorable view from balcony, so you can enjoy the sunrise and all the beautiful nature here. Landlady is welcoming and very nice. If you ask she can cook a really tasty dinner for affordable price. Nice, calm place to stay in Ella
