The staff were so nice and really accommodating. The facilities are really nice with everything you need. The free shuttle bus to the local Shimoda train station was great and you can catch an express train back to Tokyo if needed. The location is unreal. One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan.

Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms, amazing view from the balcony with beach just in front of the building. Good breakfast and convenient buses to Kawazu Station.

Loved our stay at the hotel, buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food. Our kids had no trouble looking for their favorite food. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too! Everywhere is so clean, staff spoke English and very friendly. The hot springs are exceptional. Loved our stay overall. Great ocean view everywhere in the hotel and our room by the way!

Food was amazing! Both Japanese Kaiseki and French meal. The French dinner was exceptional and beyond expectation.

Takashi and family run a wonderful hotel, everybody was so polite and friendly. Each room is slightly different, I stayed in Asuka which had a classic nautical vibe which I loved. Great views and a delightful outdoor shower/bath. The two spas onsite were a lovely experience at the end of the day. Oh and the breakfast was amazing!
