The hotel was close to the train station, and had a 7-11 right next door that could be accessed without even leaving the hotel. The room was spacious, with a large selection of amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The onsen was very enjoyable.Their breakfast buffet had many options, and I was happy to find a selection of local dishes.

Fantastic front desk staff, very warm, friendly and welcoming with lovely smiles. They speak fluent English and are great with kids, my kids love the Halloween treats. Housekeeping staff are also fabulous at their job and very warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet staff are wonderful, super helpful and always welcoming with a smile, they look after our family very well. Facilities are great, I love the public bath, gym and enjoy brekkie with my families in the morning.
