I wish we could have stayed longer in this hotel. The service was absolutely amazing, the room was so comfortable. More over it’s super close from the main train station! If I come back to Oita, I will Definitely come back here!

We loved staying in this hotel! the architecture and art was amazing. It was really relaxing to sit in the in room onset with the view over the ocean and we both fit comfortably together. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were so lovely and although there was a language barrier, they did everything they could to make our stay great and showed us some of the sights around Beppu that we could visit.

The staff’s friendliness and detail oriented to everything. I was told to move to 2/F for better view after 2 nights stay, I did not expect it at all, and you can experience the breakfast in their sister hotel Gallery Midoubaru. I particularly appreciate the the front desk staff (a male) helped me with calling the next hotel to confirm our reservation is valid.
