Breakfast was good, they cook eggs to order, toaster is (they know and it was funny) slow. Transport can be an issue but they do their very best to accommodate reasonable requests. They do not really shout about it but their amazingly good value dinners 2-3 times a week and is thoroughly recommended. private chef, superb.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The onsen was really nice and unless you go at peak hours it’s not too busy. There’s easy transport options to nearby restaurants and the shuttle service to Hirafu is really convenient too for more options. It’s literally ski in ski out as well. The breakfast buffet was great ahead of a long day’s skiing.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and super well equipped. Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.
