Staff & Service: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available, responded quickly to requests, and made us feel like part of the family. Their hospitality was sincere and made a big difference in the experience. Jeep Tours: The jeep tour was one of the highlights of the stay. The driver was professional and knowledgeable, stopping at scenic spots and explaining the history and nature of the area. It was a fun and memorable adventure suitable for all ages. Overall Impression: A wonderful experience for anyone looking to enjoy the desert, relax, and feel truly welcomed. The balance between comfort and cultural authenticity was just right. We spent 3 hours on a jeep tour through the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum — stunning rock formations and golden dunes that felt like a different world. The camp is perfectly located between the mountains, peaceful and clean, offering a truly authentic desert atmosphere. The welcome was warm, and our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we saw the most beautiful spots and captured unforgettable moments. I had an amazing solo stay at Ayla Rum Luxury Camp. The luxury tent was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Yahia, the manager, was extremely welcoming and made sure I had a great experience. Big thanks to him for his kindness and hospitality!

It was the last day of our trip in Jordan, the host momu and his brother Saif were very welcoming. The desert safari was unforgettable. Friendly reminder: every camp charges for pickup and drop off unless you don't choose desert safari.

Something of a fantasy, in fact, it exceeded my imagination. The staff are very friendly. Ashraf is a great guy, he took me to so many great locations for pictures and particularly appreciate his favourite location for sunset. Star gazing was great too, if you would like to know more Bedouin culture. Michelle was so helpful, and we had lovely chat. The place is very quiet and dinner was amazing. Highly recommend! I would book again.
