I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

Honestly, everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was excellent. Loved the bicycles. They even had a few with baby seats for the little one to ride around with us. We had a great time.

The highlight here is the staff, you are spoilt, looked after & nothing is a problem. Big call out to DeZeen & Oren. Food is fresh, plentiful & delicious variety, def recommend French restaurant. When I got there ,the staff at the front, the bell man, offered me a wet hand towel to wipe my hand ,he then told me to leave my luggage and instructed me to wait for a another staff to take me to check in ,after checking in ,I was offered a drink ,a cool one as the climate was hot although it was in December,,which was nice The facilities were great, and I enjoyed every min of it ,the Room attendant that cleaned my room was nice and friendly, making me feel at home ., Kacie, keep up the good work ,overall all staff was lovely, room was clean and very nice Room 637

There are villas and then there is nickels garden villas. Imagine staying at an Airbnb that feels like a hotel but is relaxing without the humongous price, that is what you get with Nickels. Bed sandals, robes, snacks and beverages, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner and all the toiletries you would find in an hotel, led lighted bathroom mirror, AC in the villa and rooms. You get a full kitchen a big sofa, comfortable beds, very clean villa, did I mention it is a smart home. Nickels makes you want to come back to Jamaica as they treat you with appreciation. I loved my stay and have recommended them to many of my friends. They are a cut above the rest 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 friendly too 😊
