Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

The hotel is at very good location (near to academia). The room was very clean and conforable. There were various options at the breakfast table. The staffs were nice.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious. Only 10-15 walks to city center, but quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.
